1450 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 1450 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all terms stated herein.

1 Terms Acceptance and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1450 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this document as well as all related policies published on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately.
To use 1450 services, you must:
- 18 years or older, or having reached the legal age of majority under the laws of your residence;
- Registering a valid account with accurate and up-to-date information;
- Not being on any banned or restricted lists imposed by relevant authorities;
- Using the platform on behalf of others without written permission from 1450.
2 Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one active account on 1450. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and freezing of balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1450 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. 1450 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity occurring via your account is your sole responsibility. Please contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Users agree not to use the 1450 platform for illegal purposes, cheating, system disruption or exploiting platform vulnerabilities. Any attempts to manipulate games, use unauthorized automated software, or disturb other users’ experience are strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from engaging in money laundering, credit card fraud, identity theft, or any activities violating Malaysian law or applicable international laws. 1450 will report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities as required by law.
3 Payments, Transactions, and Financial Policies
All transactions on 1450 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply specifically to deposits, withdrawals, and fund management.
- All deposits must come from legal sources owned by the registered user.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the original payment method used for deposits, except as approved by 1450.
- Minimum and maximum limits per transaction are stated in your account’s payment section and are subject to change.
- Processing times depend on the selected payment method and third-party payment provider.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly unless all wagering requirements have been fully met.
- 1450 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
- Users who abuse the bonus system may face suspension or account closure without prior notice.
4 Account Suspension, Closure, and Liability Limits
1450 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms in this document;
- Verification of fraud, money laundering or illegal activities;
- Verified multiple account ownership;
- False or unverifiable registration information;
- Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
1450 is not responsible for:
- Losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control including internet or server failures;
- Disputed game results after rounds or bets are confirmed complete;
- Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from platform use;
- Any damage caused by unauthorized access to your account due to user negligence.
5 Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Laws
All content on 1450 including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and interfaces are exclusive property of 1450 and protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any elements without written permission from 1450.
Platform 1450 may include links to third-party services such as payment gateways or game providers. 1450 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of these services is at your own risk and subject to the respective third-party terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the online services. Any disputes arising from the use of the 1450 platform will first be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, both users and 1450 agree to submit to mutually agreed arbitration.
6 Terms Changes and Relationship with Other Policies
1450 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
